2.5 years ago, my brother was riding my fiances new(4days old) motorcycle, and got hit by a car. the officer working the wreck found noone at fault, even though she hit him by running a red turning arrow. Jared did not have insurance on the bike, 1) b/c it was still new( he hadn't had the chance to go get the ins) and 2) state of Florida law says it is not required on a bike less that 5,000 unless its financed. My brother, after life flight and trauma unit stay, got a lawyer to handle the bodily injury claim. the ladies insurance company settled for the max of her policy- 25,000 for the bodily injury. They are giving us a hard time about the property damage. Her insurance company sent out an apraiser and he appraised the bike for 5K (Jared paid 4800 for it). They are not wanting to give Jared but 1100 and they want to keep the title due to my brothers negligence and a witness statement. 1) there is no witness statement in the police report and 2) by them giving my brother 25K for the bodily injury, aren't they required to pay the full property damage as well even though the bike doesn't belong to my brother??? wouldn't them giving him 25K be taking responsibilty for the entire accident??? we have a lawyer working in this but it has been 2 years with no luck.... WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO???? my fiance is wanting to sue my brother and I think he needs to be suing the lady that hit my brother...... any input or advice on this situation would be wonderful considering this is putting alot of strain on the relationship with my parents, brother, fiance and myself..... I believe that we all exists forever. I beIieve that after we die our sole leaves our body and we experience something else and keep experiencing different experiences like lifetimes forever. This idea has really caused me to have a hard time enjoying things and make me happy. The reason is is because everything I experience, I know it will end and that we are all eventually going to have to face a challenging or painfull moment evenatually. Being that we exist infinitely I believe that means we will eventually experience every possible expereince you can think of to an infinnite amount of times, that means that I will probably expereince the worstest possible expereince I can imagine at an infinite amount of times. This scares that crap out of me because I'm scared knowing I'm going to have to experience that. I am now having a hard time enjoying fun things like, eating good food, , relaxing, and music because I know the pleasureable experience will eventually end and that a bad moment is going to happen. I hate this feeling. I wish I never knew this, I struggle so hard to not let this bother me. How do I not let this bother me?

the door blew off the well house and the pump gladder tank and the well it self froze up ..well have to have a new well put in which will be in next week ..but the hot water heater access door is on the out side of the trailer and it was open and do not now how long it was open and there is no heat in the trailer so am sure all the pipes are frozen in the trailer and will have to be replaced can i simply lite the water heater its a gas one and let it thaw out if its frozen or do i have to do something else to thaw it out she had no gas untill monday and thats when the well was dicovered to be frozen....there was water on saturdy and then on monday its all frozen up but there was no gas untill monday so she had no hat water so the thing was not lit

King crab question??

So my dad just brought home 3lbs of king crab. They're huge like over 2 feet long. My questions are how can i cook these bc they won't fit in any pot. And also, they are already thawed. I have small ones and they don't bother me at all, they're great! I do track so its a relief that no one will be staring or anything. It's your body, you're inside there, you need to decide if they're too big and if they hurt your back then they probably are, but that doesn't necessarily mean you need to get rid of them... just don't let anyone else decide for you. It's YOUR body, not the guys'. And I'm not positive but I'm sure with parental consent you can get a reduction, not sure on price though..it probably varies.

Mono or sinus infection?

I've been sick for a while now on and off. Seems to have started in November. One night in October me and this kid made out and he texted me about two weeks ago asking if I had mono, because the doctors said he does, but he didn't think he had it. Anyways at the beginning of the week I started waking up with the "gooey mouth" real disgusting, i had a terrible ear ache and a sore throat. The next day I started getting congested and I have a terrible cough. I went to the doctor, he looked at my ears and nose and said "sinus infection" which, he always does. Never gave me a throat culture for strep or anything. I've had sinus infections before and they've never been like this. I literally slept the last week away. I was laying down yesterday and I noticed this pain behind my ear on my neck, and when I touched it I found a lump. My mom and grandma said it was a lymph node or a swollen gland. My mom wants me to get blood work done because we all think I have mono. What's it sound like to you?

Black tooth?

Ways to settle my horse?

My 8yo standardbred gelding has... i spose u could say... fallen in love with my 23yo clydie mare. I'm going to college soon and while I'm there I'll be working on my AA degree in art. The main reason being that I've got a scholarship to this college. While I'm there I want to work on getting scholarships to an out of state college that I really want to go to. This is my main question and problem : I want to get a bachelors degree in art, could I transfer my AA degree over to that college and work on getting my BD ? I know bachelors is 4 years but could I add 2 years from the out of state college onto my AA and get my BD ? ( like 2+2=4) or would I have to start over and do 4 years at the out of state college to get my BD from there? Would it be a good idea to a BD ? I'm not 100% what it does, same as AA. You can do your best to find a breed that works for you but if you are buying a puppy you can't truly know how their personality will develop. When I chose my puppy I picked the most lowkey, least dominant one I could find from the litter. Now, at 8 months he is very bullheaded and hyper. I don't mind because I love him so much but if you know these are not personality traits you want to deal with I suggest buying an adult dog (possibly from a shelter) so that you know exactly what you are getting and can find the best fit for you. Also, if there is a breed you have in mind you could try a rescue, they are generally very good about matching you with a dog that fits your needs.

How to avoid cramming for exams? Help me make a revision schedule please?

I'm in my final year at university and have two science exams and a maths exam coming up in about a month. I always end up steadily revising but never getting it finished in time so I end up cramming last minute, which I don't want to do this time. I've always got good marks on exams but I want to get exceptional marks this year so that I end up with a first cl degree. What advice would you give please for how to make a revision schedule? Obviously I will be revising daily and all day every day for the next month, with short breaks. I need to work on science a lot more than I do maths so I'll obviously spend more time on that. What advice would you offer please? Also, if you have any effective revision tips you want to share, go ahead:) I seem to learn well visually so advice for visual learners would be helpful. I also record myself sometimes and repeat things over and over which can help but it's time consuming. Anyone know any quicker methods to retain info and how to set up a revision schedule so I get things done in time? I've been going over work all year so I'm not starting from scratch, but there's still a lot to cover. Help please asap! Thanks:)

I did an experiment the other day. I connected two wires (the ones with alligator clips on the ends) to a 9 volt battery. The other ends of the wires were clipped on to the sides of a cup (filled with saltwater- very salty saltwater) and a paperclip was clipped between the wire and the cup on the inside side of the cup. The paper clips were submerged in the salty saltwater. Bubbles started to rise from the area around the negative-charged paperclip. After a long time, the water turned orange and then, eventually, a dark brown-blue color. Was this rust? Can someone please explain why this result happened?

My screen looks weird..?

Recently, i bought a clear screen protector for my ipod screen. It's one of those screen protectors that stick to the screen when its in contact with it. However, everytime i apply it, there are always air bubbles. After an hour or so of attempting and failing to apply it without air bubbles, I got frustrated and used water to somehow make it stick to the screen . In the end, it worked and the screen protector stuck to the screen without any air bubbles. The water.. i guess evaporated and it was all fine. But recently, when my ipod is turned off, when you look at it from some view, the color of the screen not is black like its supposed to be. It's black, but not black, black. There's like some illuminating color. The ipod works fine, but im kinda worried if the water messed up the screen. If i haven't confused you already, and if u have some sort of idea of what's going here.. little help?

Looking for a Windows 95-98 3D game where you were in a pod?

I forgot the name of it, but I remember that it was a 3D game where you were in some pod (or spaceship, i forgot) and you could change the scenery to medieval, ocean, space, and then something else. And in these places, you could add animated characters, trees, music, etc. depending on the location. I'm not sure if I've given enough of a description for people to recognize the game. aw, hi..im here for you sweetheart. i know exactly how you feel. ive had my cat since i was 5, now im almost 15 and she died last year, i still cry often but i keep reminding myself that she lived a long happy life, and it was her time so i did the right thing. it sounds like sammy is a very happy healthy dog to have been loved so much and to live that long, just feel proud about what you did for her. that is true that meds and care at this time and age will only be too sudden and may not help, putting her to sleep would be the best thing and the best thing to do for her, since you love her so much. it will be hard, but just know that you gave her a long happy life and she will always be with you in your heart. :)

I have 10 years experience of French and my native language is Polish but I'm Hungarian and was trying to learn it but also I wanted to learn German. I love Korean and Japanese also but I can read and write in Korean already. I wanted to learn Latin but idk if I should. Cold or flu? (possible swine?)?

It all started with a sore throat for about 24 hours, then came the nose congestion and running and sneezing. After that, I developed a cough with a lot of chest and nasal congestion. What is wierd is now almost 2 weeks later and I am almost starting to feel better, I now have diarrhea. Is it normal to have diarrhea with a cold or the flu. My 2 year old had all the same syptoms a day before I did, so I was a little concerned whether it could be swine flu. I have had lots of colds and the flu, but never with diarrhea at the end. I've been sick for a good few days, and I took medicine last night forgetting that I had the PSAT test the next morning, and ended up oversleeping, and waking up an hour late of the test. My parents don't, well I guess you can say...they don't do anything for me when it comes to school things whatsoever. So I can't even depend on them to sign papers, let alone wake me up for the test. I'm a Junior, so this is a big deal. I went on the website and it says to "write to NMSC as soon as possible but no later than March 1 following the PSAT/NMSQT administration that was missed. Your letter must be postmarked on or before March 1 for your request to be considered." - from the website. Now my question is, since it's a letter, WHO DO I ADDRESS IT TO?! like Dear _______________, WHAT?! :/ Please help. I honestly can't do anything else but this. Taking the test next year would be pointless.

I was gutting my house and while scraping up floor tile was told that it may contain asbesdos.?

Does anyone know about the common use of asbesdos in floor tile from the early 1970's? all I could find was that 9 X 9 lenolieum tiles have it quite often and 12 X 12 tiles have it less frequently. The entire house was tiled with the same style and type 12 X 12 floor tiles leading me to think it was replaced after the first floor wore out. I cant remember a new house being sold with all the same tile thru out the whole house. this was a pre fab house from 1971. Any one have any ideas? thanks.

i have a 89 bronco 2 5 speed. i drove it 1 day from work and it wouldnt go n gear so i pulled over an checked the resvoir under the hood. it was empty so i filled it up and its smoothed out a bit. now the truck will take off with me even when i have the clutch n. and once i put the truck n neutral the only way 2 get it n gear is 2 shut it off. i've heard it needs bled or my slave needs replaced and i need 2 no so ne help would b great. and if ne1 no's where the bleeder vlve is or the slave is on this truck. thanks

C, starts accusing A, of being all over D, because A knew that D was also going to be off school, cause he was gonna' skive, a mive argument started out with A & C, and C told A to stay away from D. Now A is back with B, how can A keep B, hooked onto her, so she doesnt have to go through all that again, or not be so wary/jealous of B being near C?
