Why do some say that Saddam did not have WMDs?

Can you provide proof that those are the ones that were discovered? I just do not understand the need of leftists to destroy Ronald Reagan as the weapon of choice. Understand this..those who liked Reagan will like Reagan no matter how much dirt you try to dish up. Obama is still a disaster. That fact never changes.
