How to get someone to stop following you?

Be honest with him, tell him that he's being very annoying to you & you want him to stop distracting you. Apologize for what you've done to him (shoving, hitting, etc.) If he doesn't leave you alone after that, talk to your parents & see what they can do. Get a schedule change, move to another school. The best is to just ignore him & then he'll might leave you alone. Hope this helps(*_*)
