Help!! What was the name of this computer game!?!?

when I was in school probably in the mid-90's to the 00's, there was a computer game that we always used to play in school. It was a tank game where you drove around in a 3d black space and all of the obstacles were very basic outlined in only green lines. when you shot, it shot out a 3d pyramid looking projectile at the other tank.
