Why havent we attacked north korea yet?

so, Saddam Hussein was suspected of having nuclear weapons and being" Hitler-like" to his people, so america went to war with him and ended his reign of power...well we KNOW north korea has nuclear weapons and we know how terrible his people are being treated, so why haven't we attacked north korea yet and taken those commies out of power??? Is it because north korea is allies with china??
