How can I make my files in my flash drive reappear?

The antivirus of the computer in our school deleted half the content of my flash drive. When i got home, I plugged it in and opened it through WinRar and the supposed "deleted" files are still in there. I can't make the folders reappear in my flash drive. The "show hidden files" options is ticked in the control panel. What should I do?
