96 plymouth voyager transmission problem?

had the van for awhile been very reliable recently i have had trouble getting past 40 mph or 2500 to 3000 rpm the trans fluid is still very pink i really have had no problems with trans seems to be when warm but i havent fully tested this yet anyone ever had this is problem on this particular model.
