Is gatsby wax only for guys?

I just got my hair cut short, like in the norm for guys, and I wanted to know if gatsby wax is just for guys, or if it has a masculine sent? And could you guys tell me what each color does, and which looks the best and feels natural...I don't want spikes, just definition of the layers in my hair, and SOME not a lot of volume...and if gatsby wax isn't for what I want, got any suggestions on what I could get???
