Week:6 start Randle El (Was) vs StL? Or Sidney Rice (Min) vs Det?

My WR game is weak on my fantasy team, with only Calvin Johnson as my "good" WR. We only play 2WR positions in this league i'm in. Currently also have Antonio Bryant, but he has a bad matchup this week vs Car Panthers. So start Randle El or Rice?
