I've been thinking about which sorority im interested in and maybe to join,Zeta Phi Beta or Delta Sigma Theta?

I'm going to college in illinois im think maybe southern illinois edwardsville or Eastern illinois in charleston but i havent decided yet i just somewhere in illinois. i've heard that zetas cant have tattoos and was thinkin if that was just at that campus or for every Zeta. And my brother was In Phi beta Sigma and the Zetas and Sigmas are family. My mom wants me to join AKA and i told her no. Im still like young and have a couple years to decide but its not that long till im in college so i'd thought id better start now. please dont leave answers that arent going to help me at all.
