Do I use the business name or the company name in a business plan?

I am not sure which to use on the business plan. We have a LLC name and DBA name... planning on going into retail sales geared towards women which the DBA name describes, however the LLC may span in the future to include other ventures such as men's retail and restaurant, if successful.
