I'm looking for your favorite French Oven Recipes?

I got a 5 1/2 qt Le Creuset enameled cast iron french oven for Christmas and have so far only made Beef Bourguignon, it was amazing! Now I want to make more things but have only been coming across beef stew and chili recipes. Does anyone have a favorite recipe or two that's not stew or chili that they're willing to share?
