I tell 100% truth and am getting hurt. What % of lies should I tell?

Somehow I came to the conclusion that being straight forward would make it easier for two people to communicate. Someone who knew me and had my best interest in mind told me that I wear my heart on my sleeve. Until now I hadn't realized that the rest of the world thinks that the heart on the sleeve stategy is stupid. Living with my heart on my sleeve adapted me to my natural enemies (liars.). After further exploration I find out that I live on PLANET LIAR and I have no idea how to speak the language. So what are some lies I can expect while dating., and which lies are expected of me? On the other side of that what shhould I not lie about? If the other person I am talking to doesn't have their heart on their sleeve who am I talking to? a person's fantasy personality ? Are men and women playing the same games with each other? I am not sure what the formula for turth / lie content
