Dakin. (Not duh-keen, but dah-kin) . Means dark in Arabic. You can play around with the word like "It's Dakin here" sounds like "it's dark in here" with a British accent. Ironic word play, get it? Or when he introduces himself, he'd say: I'm Dakin, which could also be like "I'm dark in". It is ironic because it's like he's admitting he's DARK on the INside and while it may seem like he's mysterious to the people around him, it's like he's actually letting them know about himself and what he really is like on the inside.
