If the begining of a surname is spelled ZRK in Serbian does this mean that one can add any vowels in between?

Like in : ZoRiK or ZuRK ,ZaRK, ZaRaK, etc The Serbian spelling of the entire name is ZRKIC. Also is the last part of that surname "ic" pronounced softly "ig" like in refrigerator??
