Can I get into an Ivy League without being a National Merit Semifinalist/Finalist?

Yes. I've quite a few friends who weren't semifinalists or finalists and still got in. Rigorous schools will take everything into consideration, and while you'll have a little more to overcome, but you still stand a chance. You never know unless you try, right?
