Christians: Do you think some people who die non-Christian will end up in heaven?

Or do you think it'll strictly be Christians only in heaven? You all say Jesus is the only way but is it possible someone could find Jesus without knowing it (and thus without being Christian). For instance Buddhists monks who reach enlightenment.
