What is the best place to live in england?

Alot of people say devon is the best place to live but i certanly do not agree i live in plymouth in devon and trust it is not anyhting special ( i actually live in saltash on the borde between devon and cornwall plymouth is not such a nice place and devon to be honest pretty boring. i don't have a clue why people say devon it is obviously not the case, if some one asked me i would say ENFIELD IN MIDDLE north of london it is an amazing place i want to live their when i am older you certanly not beat middle and north london.
