Is it possible to reverse osteoporosis?

There are a number of drugs which do improve bone density, they need to be taken with a calcium and vitamin D supplement to provide a substrate for them to work on. These include Bisphosphonates, Nandrolone, Raloxifene, Teriparatide, Calcitonin, Strontium ranelate and Calcitriol.
