Is hacks4sale.com a scam or fraud? I'd like some reviews please.?

i'd be very weary i downloaded the trial exe and ended up having to do a clean install of windows due to the fact of the worm that came with it. now i'm not 100% the worm came from it but i'm 95% sure it came with it. it was a nasty one nothing could get rid of it. it disconnected me from the internet after 5 minutes of a windows restart. therefore couldn't use any scanners that used an internet connection.
